Advent's Women's Ministry is a unit of the Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America (ELCA). We are a community of women created in the image of God, called to discipleship in Jesus Christ, empowered by the Holy Spirit. We commit ourselves to grow in faith, affirm our gifts, support one another in our callings, engage in ministry and action, and promote healing and wholeness in the church, the society, and the world.

Advent's Women's Ministry reaches out with efforts on behalf of our church, community, and the world. At church, we organize and serve at memorial receptions, provide an annual women's day long retreat, and hold fellowship events. We help the community with financial needs, support a children's shelter, and we also donate to church wide missions. Our biggest project every year is to collect and ship school supplies to Lutheran World Relief (LWR).

Women's Ministry business meetings are held at 10AM on the first Monday of each month from September through May at the Suntree campus.

Women's Bible study meets at 11AM on the first Monday of each month from September through May at the Suntree campus.
